I've been taking dogs to Puppy's Playpen for years. First my beloved Sheltie, & now my Shipoo puppy. I highly reccomend it for boarding or daycare! I always know my dog is safe, well cared for, & has lots of activity! I love being able to check on him with the webcams! I love that he's not kept in a fenced kennel area, but is underfoot, running around, like at home. Angela & her staff are the best!
Puppy's Playpen is the only place I trust with my boxer Scout. They know her by name when she visits, they send me adorable pics when she boards for the weekend and they truly care about my fur baby when I can't. One of very few places that has someone on site 24 hours a day, just in case. Each staff person is caring, kind and wonderful! Scout and I both love it here!
The staff are awesome with the dogs! My pup loves at least one play day a week, two is a bonus. She's asleep 5 blocks down the road from leaving.
My dog Bailey is a rescue I got at 8 months old, she was sooo timid & afraid. I started taking her to day care here once a week so she could get social time with other dogs. At 1st she'd pull away & hestate to go in. Within a few weeks she knew where we were going & is excited-she loves it! We have been using this place since it first opened & love it. My daughter gets here standard poodle groomed here ss well. & we used to get our mini schnauzer groomed here. Great job
I've been taking my pug Riggy here for the last 6 years and he has had several long stays with them over our vacations. He's also a daycare regular. The staff takes great care of him and he loves this place. He runs off as soon as he gets there and knows all of the staff. I trust them with my fur baby and wouldn't have him go anywhere else. We are so grateful we found him a safe place to play and stay!!
Left my dog here for the weekend because noone else could watch him, he came home with out his $40 sorresto flea collar, they let the other dogs chew it up, and sores all over his neck from dogs biting him. All they could say was sorry they are dogs playing..... if you value your dog DO NOT bring him here.

Charlie was great in daycare he played really hard and puppies will be puppies and they love to chew while they play but the scabs you are referring to might be from a reaction that he had to said flea collar. We have heard this happening more and more to dogs lately that use flea collars. We are so sorry you're having to experience that with your furr baby and are sympathetic to your situation.
