I took my dog there to groomer..lets start to say it was a good place to take my dog cause he is a difficult cut. When we took my dog there he was 2nd dog to be cut..they tag him and placed him in a cage..so they called to picked up dog. They gave my daughter the wrong dog she brought him home the dogs looked alike but i have another dog and a cat.so when dog got here freaked out and bite my daughter. And this is not the worst. Julie is the BEST!!! – I always bring my schnauzers for Julie. She is without a doubt THE BEST GROOMER!!! Both of my guys are not exactly the easiest dogs to groom and I know for a fact that I'm not the easiest customer to deal with. But I have to tell you after visit to Julie they look fantastic. I can stay and watch the entire grooming; the place is clean and neat and the staff is very friendly and nice. I will recommend puppy paradise to everyone. I love you guys.

Very pleasant experience – I had a pretty good experience with Puppy paradise, right around the Holidays we purchased adorable little beagle from Jose at Puppy Paradise. We are the first time pet owners and had a million questions and I believe drove Jose crazy with all the questions and phone calls. This young man was very patient with us and explained everything and was very helpful. Good People, Good Store – I can’t find enough good words for this wonderful place. I purchased my Yorki from Melanie exactly 2 years ago. My little guy is only 3 and a half pounds and I remember just like yesterday how hard it was for me for the first 2 weeks to get him going. Melanie is just a sweetheart and helped me a great deal with a million questions and all the puppy hood tips and feeding and housebreaking and more and more……. Don't buy a puppy here! – I have been in this pet shop quite a few times. Reputable breeders would never, ever sell one of their puppies to a pet store. You are getting puppy mill puppies. The store is not clean looking. I once, quite a long while ago before I realized what type of place this was, asked to see their boarding facility but the worker made an excuse as to why that wasn't possible. My Skippy – I just got a 3 month old Boston Terrier from puppy paradise. His name is Skippy, he is perfect!! The lady, (Melanie) was extremely helpful, knew a lot about dogs and was very nice. Above average pet store – I stumble on the store a couple of months ago. The store was a pleasant surprise for me, beside the place looking neat and clean I found quite a few things I really had a hard time locating since I moved to Brooklyn. They carry frozen raw food, all natural healthy snacks and “green” toys. I saw that they do grooming as well and by the looks of it they are pretty busy, but I didn’t try them yet, (have a hard time to part with my groomer at woof spa). The store is just FANTASTIC!!!! The guy that runs it, Mike is GREAT. I work with a rescue group for the cats and Muffins organization recommended the store to me, for boarding cats that are in transition of finding new homes, being neutered and need a little adjustment from being on the street. The guys in the store are wonderful, they take very good care of the kitties and I know all the cats are very well socialized and well taken care of.
