Horrible Disgusting facility and horrible treatment of animals. I should have payed attention to the prior reviewer, but decided to take my chances with horrendous results. If you are looking for a new groomer who treats animals well, this is not the place. I think the owner has been doing this too long and no longer enjoys the animals, they are now a bother. If you do decide to take the chance and use this groomer, examine your pet before you leave.
By far the best groomer around... Michael and staff are professionals when it comes to grooming. I moved to Astoria and nobody compares to Michael. He is by far, the only dog groomer who takes pride in his work. True talent. I will be relocating to West Islip but will continue to bring Tiki to him. It's worth it folks. Don't go to anyone else. If you want a great groomer, go to Reliable Grooming. You will see for yourself. Michael is the best!!!! Thank you Michael and Jennifer, for taking the best care of my Tiki.

Wonderful Groomer Michael is a truly wonderful groomer. He is a true animal lover. He did a great job on my dog. I will definitely go back. My dog enjoyed her day of beauty. She came out prancing!
Excellent Grooming Reliable Grooming did a wonderful job with with my puppy! The staff was very informative and experienced. My puppy looked great & smelled wonderful! I would strongly recommended them!
