Very accommodating – Sure, they might be on the phone a bit. But that's because they are so good, thoughtful, and reasonable. Bobby, the owner, is a sweetheart and you don't have to be part of an 'inner circle' to get his (or anyone's) attention. Not only is the service well mannered, but if you don't see what you want, they'll try to order it for you--with a smile. They're always on the lookout for new pet products as well. My suspicion is that those who are dissatisfied are hard to please anywhere.

Sooooo nice, sooo generous, and a beautiful cut to boot!!! – Bobby, the owner, is always helpful, friendly and caring. We needed a correction cut after I thought I could you know? just produce a puppy cut, no experience and some nerve - grooming tool in hand - the hair hit the floor and so did my heart - What a mess! I took my pooch in and a couple of hours later he emerged - perky, happy and with his self esteem reattached. I decided to buy a package and the Bobby gave me a huge discount on our 1st cut. NEVER AGAIN – If you need your dog groomed and do not care about the place listening to what you want, this is the place for you. I dropped of my dog today and gave them strict instructions of how I wanted his hair to be cut. When I arrived to pick him up they shaved him. I was so glad I took them time to explain what I wanted. I will never go back there again.

Amazing Grace – I went to Le Pet Spa right after an appointment at Downtown Vet. My girlfriend and I had just found out that our cat, Bones, has leukemia and likely would not make it. Bobby, the owner, helped us find treats that Bones might eat since he had not been interested in his normal food for the last few days. When Bobby found out why we were looking for something tasty, he picked one, and insisted that it was on him. My girlfriend was so touched she almost started crying. ECHO THE PREVIOUS REVIEW – The store is around the corner from me and everytime i have been in they are gabbing on the phone and can never answer a question. Unless they know you they treat you like dirt... so how will they get to know you. Petropolis is across the road and they are wonderful and helpful.

HORRIBLE RUDE PLACE – Rude on the phone, Rude in the store. There are plenty of other great groomers in the area that don't include attitude in the price
