Hello, I just want you to know you have lost a former customer. You are bad mouthing customers on social media about their dog scratching you when she clearly warned you in the private messages that he doesn't like his nails clipped. That is clearly unacceptable for a business owner. And even more so when her husband comes to pick up the dog and you ask "Who has been beating this dog" who does that?!? I know the life her dog lives and it is far from being abused!!
Very friendly!! Did an excellent job with our three dogs!! Very satisfied!! Will be going again!!
