I'm from Columbus and gave them a try for boarding my dog solely because they have weekend hours. My dog got personal attention and I'm certain she was cared for as if i were doing it. Services went above and beyond what is normal or required in every facet. I wish I lived closer so I could regularly groom Riley here. I will drive 2.5 hours out of my way to bring my dog here for boarding from now on.

Michelle has a great personality and goes out of her way to provide excellent service. Her shop is clean and her prices are reasonable. Highly recommend her for any pet - thankful mine has her! :)
