I drop him off at 9:30 and she said, “give me 2 1/2 hours.” I go back at 3 hours bc she never once called me, being first time there I didn’t want him to be alone for too long. I go in and she said he’s done they just have to re bath him bc he poop in the crate and he was walking in it? Which is not like mars (he’s crate trained) “so give me another hour,” she said. My Pomeranian rin loved his visit very much. He was treated so well and after I got him back I could tell he was handled with great care. He showed no distress that can come with being handled by strangers and he acted as though he owned the place. I recommend everyone and their furry friend to use this esteemed establishment from now on. I know I will.

The worst groomers I have every seen..
Dropped her off at 10:00, she said she’d be ready in about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. 7 hours later we show up and they still were not finished. Her hair is gapped, she’s razor burned, her hair is shaved in places, she has burn/streak marks on her belly. This is the worst place I have EVER taken my dog to. I have pictures. This place traumatized my dog. I’ll be taking her to my vet Monday first thing!! She still isn’t acting right.
