Very disappointed in my experience today. I got there at 7:45am this morning and the guy at the front desk said it would take 1.5 hours to get the work done that i needed so I decided to wait, even though I had my 10 month old daughter. After 1.5 hours, My car still hadn’t been worked on so I thought I would ask for an update. The front desk guy was very rude and walked in the back as I was talking. Dropped off a vehicle for Inspection. They open at 7. I called at 1145 am and they said it would be the next vehicle in. I called back at 1220 and they said again it was the next one in. I requested they no longer do it as I needed the vehicle. I went in a few minutes later and there was not one person waiting for their vehicle there. I asked why this happened and the Manager said they only have 1 Inspector. Thanks for the stellar Customer Service.
