I took my 8 year old here to get her ears pierced. Casey was SO good with her and made her feel very comfortable. I think the guy who helped with the waiver and choosing earrings was George? Not sure I got the name right but he was wonderful as well. Very clean shop, very thorough explanation of keeping the piercings clean and healthy. We weren't rushed at all and Casey made sure we knew we could call with any questions or problems and he'd help us out. Highly recommended and worth the wait!

Knowledgeable piercer and even got a sketch of a tattoo I want. Very professional, very clean, friendly staff, and excellent piercing job! I would recommend punctured piercing to anyone who wants a good piercing or tattoo. Casey rocks!
The artists and employees are amazing! I love the atmosphere.
After, dropping my post down the sink drain and feeling pretty hopeless about being able to replace it quickly, due to everything being closed. Punctured piercing and Casey Wardell stepped in and saved the day for me. Their customer service was excellent while still maintaining all social distancing policies. He even took my phone call to help guide me through getting my new post in. I am so grateful and I can't wait to get my next piercing here!
The staff and artists are so friendly and helpful and do AMAZING work! The shop is so clean and they have a lot of selection of Jewlry. I can't wait to get my next piece done.
Tad is amazing! I’ve had 5 sessions with him and every tattoo has healed quicker and better than any others I’ve had done at other shops. He took my bare bones ideas for several sentimental pieces that I wanted to somehow tie into one collage, helped me figure how to put it all together and it turned out better than I had imagined! The shading on the rose and tomahawk pipe is phenomenal, plus he worked quickly and with precision.
