I live in at the Cardinal Club where Pulte is building an astronomical amount of homes. When I come home from work every evening, there always mud and trash in the road. Speaking with Daniel ******, Pulte's Customer Care Manager yesterday, I was told it's a construction zone I cannot help you. It is beside the point that I have had my tire patched twice in the last two week! Thank you for your attention!

Don't buy Pulte Home, you will regret it. I'm a hone owner of a Pulte home King Crossing in Katy TX and since We moved we have been thru alot of problem and they promises to do something and if the fixed it they're not do it right or they not do anything . They will wait until not under warranty anymore and came back said not under warranty so they will not do anything. Very sad

I had a house built by Centex/Pulte in 2016. From the day I moved in I had problems with my garage door, water in the attic,the tile being cracked, the air not circulating properly to each room and the Master bedroom door not closing properly. I contacted Customer Service and a representative was sent out. The attic was fixed to where no more rain would come in. The air, garage door and Master bedroom door have still not been fixed. We were excited to be buying a home from Pulte in 2019. They couldn't tell us exactly how much yard space we would have when we went under contract, but once the lines were made for the foundation we could see the space more clearly. The yard was going to be too small for what we were looking for and we decided to pull-out of contract. While our sales lady was amazing to work with and very understanding Pulte continued to hold our $10,000 deposit. We purchased our "luxury" Pulte home in November 2018 and picked out everything from the ground up. We were told that each elevation couldn't be built within three houses over or across. Here we are a year later and the house caddy corner to us is the exact elevation and the exact color scheme. When I brought Pulte's mistake to their attention, they agreed they messed up but were not going to do anything about it. I spoke with a sales manager who was more or less useless. My wife and I are the unhappy, unsatisfied and unfortunate homeowner's, of a Centex, Pulte Corporation new build home located in the Sunfield Community of Buda, Texas. A month after closing we discovered a water leak caused by the builder when the siding team missed a stud and drove a nail into the upstairs water line. This resulted in substantial damages to the upstairs bathroom and kitchen below having MOLD after the water was discovered to have been leaking for over 2 months. Horrible Customer Service, Do not move into your home until everything is complete, they will pressure you and tell you they will come back and will not. The warranty is a joke they have set up 4 appointments that I had to miss work for and the work is still not complete and no one ever calls back. Will be filing an office complaint with the State of Texas.

No Stars! Pulte in Santa Fe, NM is the worst! I do not recommend Pulte to anyone looking to purchase a nice new home. I am ready to go to the local Attorney General with complaints from the building, closing and warrantee problems I have experienced. The workmanship is lazy and incomplete. one example; the trim above a closet door was spliced from two pieces of trim! almost funny but not quite. Nightmare when it comes to follow up after closing and warranty work. It's a full-time job trying to get any sort of response from them. When you try to escalate and talk to a manager you are ignored. They do not publish any sort of contact information. Landscaping and drainage problems are prevalent throughout the Vandalia community in Plainfield.
