Dr Gladstone is my mother’s cardiologist but his care of late is lacking. Two scheduled phone appointments, sit waiting for hours and no call from the doctor. No follow up call or apology.

The first few visits were good, nice facility. After 2 visits, it went to telephone calls only. First call was fine but when I called and left a message about about side effects from a prescription, there was no call back at all. Tried again over 4 months and the same, no response. Finally got an appointment, waited for hours and no call. Left a message and got call back from reception who said the doctor tried to call me 4 hours after my appointment and I advised that he did not. No apology or anything. I accompanied a close relative to an appointment and was so impressed with Pulse. Tests were done and immediately after, we were seen by Dr.Wang and then Dr. Franco. Staff were professional and kind and the doctors demonstrated expertise and empathy, explained every detail and provided the best care. We were very impressed and grateful for this wonderful facility.

For months, they ‘forgot’ to reschedule an appt because the cardiologist is out on leave. This was supposed to be the first appt after TAVI (aortic valve replacement). It’s shocking how inept they are!
