I've been away from the barre for a while, and am enjoying my renewed challenge. The Instructors are encouraging, bright and happy and understanding/forgiving. Whether it's my fellow practitioner, or the instruction, inspiration fills the room! Well done, Ladies and Gents!❤️❤️

I love this studio, the barre{tenders} are awesome and the classes are a blast! The shake and burn is so worth it, I'll always keep coming back.
