Great class and great instructor!
It's a great full body toning workout. I'd rather concentrate on muscle fitigue moves and save my cardio workouts for off days. Barre gives me just this. I'm 59 and strong, thanks to all my "Barretenders" who inspire me every class!
just got done with my second class and got my butt kicked in the best way ever!!!! definitely going to feel this for a couple days.

I’m so glad I decided to try Pulse Barre Studio. I absolutely love coming to class! The barre tenders are so encouraging and the classes are fun but very challenging. The studio is always clean and inviting. I would encourage everyone to give it a try!
Pulse Barre is my new favorite type of bar!!!! ;) I absolutely love the gals in there and get a great workout every time I am there. Love this place! If you don't find me at home I will be at the barre!!
