The Watsonville office is awesome! Very pleased with their costumer service! Esperanza & Daisy are super friendly and extremely helpful with my questions and orders.
I would like to share my experience with Pulmonary Solutions located in Watsonville. Our doctor sent them a prescription for my wife's CPAP machine replacement, the same day we received a phone call from Pulmonary Solutions, made an appointment, the next day we walked out with a new CPAP machine. Esperanza was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and explained everything efficiently. Wonderful experience, thank you very much.
Can not talk to a human
I needed supplies while on vacation and they were very helpful and had exactly what I needed.
I was prescribed a cpap machine in June and it is now March 29. In the past ten months I would call periodically to find out the status of my order, not once did I get a phone call or updated information from Pulmonary Solutions. I received a phone call on or around March 16 stating the machine had arrived. I began to call Pulmonary Solutions on Monday, March 20, and after several calls and was directed to billing where I was told because the machine was ordered in June of last year I would need reauthorization from my docto... read more
