YOU ARE A DOLLAR SIGN TO THEM AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING MORE. I have never had a worse provider in my 55 yrs than WWMG. They are CONSTANTLY running behind but gawd forbid you are. Existing patient and I was made to reschedule due to being literally 5 min late. Now am sitting in exam room at rescheduled visit and have been waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time. Wonderful service with staff and Doctor
Detailed, without wasting time. Strongly recommend.
Super horrible to work with! Everytime you call you get put on hold, and sometimes hung up on. The reception never has any answers to your questions, they just say “I’m just reception, I don’t know” instead of trying to help you. They called me months later for a bill and you can’t pay online, they only do it by paper, and they kept being mad my bill was “overdue”. The nurse practitioner I worked with was okay, but for the experience, not worth it.
