Detailed, without wasting time. Strongly recommend.
Super horrible to work with! Everytime you call you get put on hold, and sometimes hung up on. The reception never has any answers to your questions, they just say “I’m just reception, I don’t know” instead of trying to help you. They called me months later for a bill and you can’t pay online, they only do it by paper, and they kept being mad my bill was “overdue”. The nurse practitioner I worked with was okay, but for the experience, not worth it.
Great medical team
Dr. Mc Coy always was informed about my medical history, listened to my questions and explained the reason for his recommendations. I always felt well cared for.
