I had a great experience at the Pulmonary & Sleep Center of Oklahoma. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The providers took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The office was clean, organized, and appointments ran smoothly. I really appreciated how caring and attentive everyone was. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality pulmonary or sleep care.
I am beyond frustrated with Pulmonary and Sleep Center of Oklahoma. I came to them for treatment of idiopathic hypersomnia. No referral needed. What I got was four months of utter failure. They were responsible for my Xywav prescription and prior authorization. They never fixed it. I was stuck in a bridge program for months while they did nothing to fix the paperwork Audra continually screwed up. Four months in, and it’s still not resolved.
