Dr. Deon Ford is one of the most thorough doctors I’ve encountered. He asked many questions, listened all my concerns, and determined to help. Nurse Paradise was very friendly, happy, and calmed my anxieties. 10/10
Love the office. The front staff got the referral 5 minutes after it was sent to them and had me in the system and an appointment the week after. Dr Hathwar is super knowledgeable and won’t gaslight you which I wish more doctors did. Told me how it was and what I could do and didn’t want me taking treatment that could harm me just because my symptoms were annoying. I wanted to put Zero stars if I could. My mom said Dr.Ford is good but his staff and the front office is rude and very unprofessional. They have hung up on my mom and have confused her multiple times about her appointments where I had to get them straight. I’m so over this office. I would not recommend them! My mom has multiple doctors and these people are the only ones that have given her so much trouble. We will be moving to a different lung doctor. My mom DOES NOT need all this stress.
After having a hectic start to my morning it was a lovely refreshing experience from the moment I walked into this office. The front desk ladies were an absolute delight! Dr. Victor was great, listened to my concerns and came up with a game plan. The vital nurse an absolute dream she had a great personality! Wow this office is amazing! They got me for an appointment less than a week . Dr hathwar is very knowledgeable about sleep apnea, I would totally recommend my friends and family to this practice.
