Wow- unbelievable. I really could not believe a medical provider could have such bad reviews, but now I know these terrible reviews are completely justified. I just got off the phone with them- staff is rude, uninformed and not helpful at all. When I told the person I was calling to schedule a pulmonary function test, she briskly told me that they are scheduled out through first week of September. As in 3 weeks from now, I asked? So, can I schedule for September? I was told she couldn't because the system is changing over an... read more

I had an appointment during pregnancy which due to my insurance took forever, no fault of the PMA. I had another appointment after pregnancy and was told to make an appointment on a day that would take a few hours so I could do a pulmonary function test. I had a babysitter set up after we both took the day off work. I'm a lifelong asthmatic and suspect sleep apnea. I'll never know if I have sleep apnea since every appointment I've made since my second appointment has been canceled and rescheduled. I was supposed to do the te... read more

If I can give zero, I will. Saher Zaki, PA-C (assistant to Dr. Riar) I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was concerning enough that I feel other patients should be aware. My concern is not the medical recommendation itself—it is how the conversation was handled. During my recent visit, I informed Mr. Zaki that my maternal aunt had just b... read more

First of all their referrals dept. does not handle the process well. Took since the time of November to april to get a referral corrected for a sleep lab. Then dr. Chugh dismissed my past experiences and how i feel as a patient to get the proper medicine needed. He doesnt listen to your needs and how you are feeling. Trying to give me a referral to another specialist that i dont need and wont resolve the root problem. Thats the problem with these old doctors the people that go straight off the books and old research. Get wit... read more

Horrible communication, bad vibes all around. Called to tell them I'd be late. They didn't suggest doing a virtual appt instead or tell me if I was too late my appt would be canceled. Drove all the way down there to find out it was canceled. Also horrible energy in this office. Gotta feel sorry for the people who work here, they seem miserable.
