My husband had a scheduled appointment for 3:30 PM, and we were late by 15 minutes due to traffic. When we arrived we were told we just made it because you can be up to 15 minutes late. Well next thing we know they come back and say the check in time showed 16 minutes late which was due to the amount of time it took the receptionist to put it in to the computer.
