I am incredibly frustrated with the severe lack of professionalism and communication at this office. While the staff seems friendly in person, friendliness does not override the standard of care or proper medical coordination. Horrible horrible office. Can't get anyone to answer the phone except for the billing person who has the enthusiasm of a slug and all she does it transfer you to another voice mail. Tried for over an hour to reach the assistant or receptionist but nope, no one answers. Can't get a request for my patient portal to get access to my records - because no one answers the phone. When I did reach someone the other day and requested my entire records be faxed to my new pulmonologist office, ONE 2 year old report was sent. Now no one... read more
