Horrible horrible office. Can't get anyone to answer the phone except for the billing person who has the enthusiasm of a slug and all she does it transfer you to another voice mail. Tried for over an hour to reach the assistant or receptionist but nope, no one answers. Can't get a request for my patient portal to get access to my records - because no one answers the phone. When I did reach someone the other day and requested my entire records be faxed to my new pulmonologist office, ONE 2 year old report was sent. Now no one... read more
