There food is delicious. There service is timely.
Went to Pullmans before a comedy show. I had the black cherry old fashioned and it was delicious. The next drink I got was all ice. The waitress wasn't very attentive. Food was subpar at best. Bruschetta was bland and the quesadilla was not very flavorful. 9 out of the 10 people in our party said they wouldn't be back.
We have been coming for years we have always loved it but Tonight we waited forever for even a drink.. the appetizer After an hour finally came was burnt the manager said they were under staffed for how busy they were, it was not busy she was honestly rude worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant ! Worst manager experience, we couldn’t even stay to wait for our food will not be back ! Save your money and go anywhere else but Pullmans!
