We had our wedding reception at Pullman’s ten years ago and were so pleased with everything that when we needed to choose a venue for a party we were having today, we hosted it today at Pullman’s. Our guests were extremely pleased with their food and the venue! You cannot beat the view, right on the Fox River. The service was incredible, the staff was extremely attentivE, making sure all our guests’ needs were met. Thank you Pullman’s for making it all so easy and enjoyable!

my boyfriend and I finally got a date night after months of having opposite schedules. our waiter was absolutely fantastic, one of the best.... but our food.... not so much. steak not cooked right had to send it back, they put so much horseradish on the steak when it came back out the second time it was almost not edible. when i think of horseradish crusted... i think if a small layer with a slight crisp... not just globbed on the top in a huge pile. when my bill is $90 I expect to have amazing food. Food was good drinks cold and bar and wait staff friendly and helpful.
I love their outdoor seating for summer and the menu, food, and friendly staff make it an excellent place for lunch or dinner!

I was at Pullman’s on Tuesday and I want to say the food was good but our server was terrible! She brought us our drinks and than forgot about us for over 45 minutes. She came back and told us she was sorry but she had a big group inside like my group didn’t matter! I said I was sorry too and didn’t leave a tip! Maybe next time she will remember her other group!☹️

We went on a Friday evening, later around 7:30 thinking it wouldn’t be too busy. And it really wasn’t. We wanted to sit outside so we waited for a table, maybe 25 minutes, but no problem as they did offer an inside table immediately and we declined. We sat down (a party of 4) and were given menus. We never saw another server the entire time we sat there. 3 of the 4 of us had empty drinks, we never even got water. We waited well over 20 minutes to never get any service.
