Best small resi-mercial dev in the market area
The Pullman Flats give a good first impression. They have contemporary styling and some have fantastic views of downtown. And the location is getting better year after year. But the units were shoddily put together (the original developer skipped town), they badly leaked water for years and the wood and the paint have been warping and chipping for the last decade.
