I have loved living in my apartment since I moved in Dec 2011. I love the spacious floor plan and the fresh white accents: crown molding, ceiling fans, blinds, doors, kitchen appliances, kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The closet space is awesome along with the closet off the super large balcony. The windows are large and let in a lot of light. The soundproofing is excellent. We have lived at Puller Place since October 2011 and it is home to us. We feel like the staff at Puller Place is part of our family. They have taken very good care of us and our home. The staff has always gone the extra mile to meet our needs. I was so excited to move into our apartment in October 2011 and are just as happy today. I love the crown molding, the granite counter tops and the ceramic tile floors in the foyer, kitchen, hallway and baths. I would not recommend renting from this place, the clerks at thw desk are very un professional and un helpful. Its their lack of customer service like theirs that gives jacksonville a bad name. On the 2 occasions I had a problem with my apartment it was "my problem, not theirs"
Worst place to rent from. We've been moved out for Almost a Month and they contacted my husband saying we owe for a month that we never lived there. They lost the notice and multiple money orders. Very unprofessional and rude!
