Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Not really

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes
