After getting $3,000 worth of body work done to my car after a tree fell on it I went to pick it up and the front drivers seat was completely unhinged. One of the guys came out to look at it and denied moving my seat at all (which was obviously not true because I couldn't even reach the foot pedal when I first sat in it) and said that it was under warranty and to just bring it to palmen. My 2007 Civic Si was repaired at Pulera after an accident, and I love my car to death so I was worried about taking it anywhere for repair, but they did an absolutely outstanding job, it truly does look like nothing ever happened down to the finest detail, AND they completely detailed my car. Absolutely wonderful customer service, I would definatly recommend Pulera to anyone.
I just want to say thank you to all of you. Your staff is very helpful and diff a great job taking care of my van. We were very impressed at the job done. Than you again! ! Will recommend you to everyone I know.
