I have to admit that my expectations of my service were not high because I was working with someone else’s insurance company, but Pulera came recommend by a family member so, here I go. Front end damage, new hood etc. tricky part is blending the paint. The service from Pulera was quick and efficient, they listened to everything I asked and made sure I understood what would happen. Amazing team at Pulera! From the day I called and emailed the insurance estimate, to getting my car back took exactly 7 days. I was greeted this morning to a clean inside and out car, a bag of cookies, a reusable bag with a few things they removed in the cleaning process, and most importantly, a smile from the front desk. They are super close to Enterprise as well, so work with your insurance company to use them, and you will have a very seamless operation start to end.
We had an excellent experience with this shop. We can't say enough good things about it, the work on our 2009 GMC truck was top notch and we were completely satisfied. They went above and beyond in matching the old pin striping too. Great place, would recommend them to everyone!
Brought my car there for some minor damage, and can't say enough good things about the experience! Linda at the front desk helped me when I dropped it off, even volunteered to call my rental for me, and then she again helped me when i picked it up and took care of my rental once again. Not only did they fix the damage, but completely washed, and detailed my entire vehicle! It's never looked better!
