Ordered chicken strips, found a shrimp cooked into a strip, ordered mashed potatoes and gravy found kale greens in the gravy. Manager comped meal but the waitress seemed upset with US cause THEY messed up😕
I always go to Puleo’s Grille and this time was horrible! They sat some family that had just walked in the door after 5 minutes and we’d been waiting for 30 minutes. I ordered a margarita and the waitress looked at my id as if it wasn’t me and comes back with a marg. NO ALCOHOL 🤦🏽♀️ and my $22 prime rib was pretty much just fat and they tried to cover that up by putting wayyy too much Cajun sauce over it. Everything is always perfect. Fresh and yummy. Service is great. Always look forward to going.
I tend to go back to restaurants for specific entree’s. Here it’s the chicken piccata. It’s excellent. Both the food and the service are consistently good. I recommend you try it.
We were very pleased with our experience on New Year's Eve and our server, Griffin S, made our night. He did everything right.

We miss having a Puleos nearby in Cedar Bluff area; wish they would come back! Stopped today at the Merchants Rd. location; had my yummy Fried Green tomatoes!! My husband had his favorite - Noni’s Lasagna. Food is always good! Great food and great service today.
