JBSalem Greg May at Power Chevrolet was great. He got us a great deal on a 2021 Bolt that was what we would have paid for a used one. This is the second time he has rescued us during the car buying process. I really appreciate his attention to detail and working with us on our specific needs. I enthusiastically recommend him!
Worst service department Took my SSR in for repairs, they had it a month and I get it back and it died while driving. Took in for minor repairs and I believe they are actually damaging other things every time in. Also way overcharge, charged me $1000 for a heater hose I found online for $110. Total rip offs!!! Took it back again, and they said I needed a new battery. Just paid to have a new one installed. Major scam artists!!!! Also won’t return calls , texts or emails. Out of Town Buyer I bought my truck from Sublimity Chevrolet online from Reno, NV. Flew up, picked up the truck and drove home the same day. No hassle. Total of 45 minutes at the dealer signing paperwork. They gave me the usual upsell, but accepted my "no thank you" without pressuring me. Joseph was my sales handler, and he did a lot of the footwork to make sure my buying process was as smooth as possible (they even came up to Portland to pick me up at the airport). 5 Star Rating for Paul White Chevrolet Excellent sales, service and financing personnel to assist in purchasing or servicing my vehicles.
Did not call back. I called on 3 occasions and spoke to different people. All said they would call back with answers but no one called. No way to get customers or sell cars!

Terrible service Looking at an audi A8 tdi they had. Mike was very helpful until they told me the car had 3500$ of damages and they wanted 1k more dollars then the list price to sell it as is. Avoid this shady dealer.
