They're either scammers or just careless Have gone here for recalls, car washes, state inspection and even help when my engine splash shield fell off. Sad but true In April, 2021 I started the process to order a new 2022 Corvette for my wife from Garrett Motors in Coolidge, Arizona. For the most part I dealt with the general manager, Eva Moore, and later with J.D.Garrett. Everything was done in writing and there are no facts in dispute. DO NOT BUY HERE John in service and Eron in sales are by far two awful employees lacking customer service basic knowledge. My car is back in the shop for a 3rd time since I bought it in October and they fail to care, fail to call and fail to service me. I am not happy. I have waited a week for news and today I called and there is no note or update on my car.

I don't give reviews, I gave this one Oh dealerships suck, except for this one... I don't know why sewel runs those commercials, this is the only dealership I've ever had a good experience that and I've had about 10 of them. ..and Big Lou Labarbera in the service department has the thing timeliness and following through on everything you said. BAD BUSINESS ETHICS There is nothing "Friendly" about this dealership. The worst Experience I have dealt with at a Dealership. I was sold on false pretense that a new Truck I purchase was in "Transit" defined as in the vehicle is in route, on the way, arriving soon. This Was the 1st Lie. 3 Months Later to date still no truck. 2nd Lie, our Sales Rep said the dealership will pay our 1st Payment if it doesn't arrive before the loan payment due date. Oil change My tires need inflating. I'm tired of doing ever day. They will not help with this issue. "They say" unless the indicator on dash doesn't light, I'm ok. I don't think so.
