Customer Service was excellent
This is not a very welcoming service department. My previous service department reps more attentive as they listened to the problem at hand and provided a solution. I will have to travel out of state to have my vehicle properly serviced.
Bob is the best! His customer service is amazing.
We had gone to another dealer for an issue and they couldn't figure it out and Pugmire fixed it the next day. Good techs.
