I took my car to have the recalls repaired. I was provided a loaner car because I had to leave my car. I also needed to have mysterious sound with the audio system checked. Bob checked the system and explained what he found. He advised me to return if I continue to have a problem. I don't remember the name of the gentleman that checked me out but he patiently assisted me with with signing up for Lincoln rewards. I received good customer service.
The technician came to my home and did all the necessary repairs. He informed us of everything he had done, cleaned up afterward and thanked us for our business.
