I have been seeing Dr. Pugh for about 5 years now and really don't have any complaints. I have never had a problem getting an appointment, even when needed fairly urgently. I don't remember ever waiting more than 10-15 minutes to see him once there, and he is friendly, listens to my concerns, and has great explanations. He also doesn't just prescribe something just to make you happy. He makes sure you actually need it.
My husband was having abdominal pain for a year. After multiple tests looking at his gallbladder all coming back negative the doctor STILL wanted to remove it. We kept asking for tests to look at his appendix, but we kept getting denyed. A few months later, my husband's appendix burst. Sending him to emergency surgery. The surgeon said the appendix was inflamed and larger than normal. The pain my husband went through for a YR was the appendix flaring up and down.
