We are so impressed with Dr. Pugh. He is attentive and has the best bedside manner. He is always helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of. I recommend him to everyone I know.
Dr. Pugh takes time with me, listens and always has excellent advice. I have gone to him for years and would never see anyone else. He is truly an amazing doctor!
Dr Pugh has come out to hospitals and help us navigate some difficult situations. He is well versed in diagnosis and is very smart to have a helpful answer to everything we bring up. He is good at communicating and answering questions in way that is understandable.
Dr Pugh is amazing. He always takes time to explain things. He informs you of the options and let’s you take the lead in your care. I can tell he is invested in my health. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so.
One of 2 of my PCP's that listens to me and not just give help based upon everybody else. I am not like everybody else (Thank "God"). Brenten treats me as a knowledgeable person, even though I am just a old (69 year old) convenience store cashier.

At first we really liked him But the last 2 years he was very rushed He doesn’t want to take time to answer questions and he just seemed like he didn’t care! My husband came to him because he was having pain in his toe and all he did was do a blood test. results came back normal and he literally didn’t do a thing!You would think he would care enough to do a X-ray or even Referred him to someone that cares. Well last week we found out his toe has been broken for a long time and needs surgery.
My son has been seeing Dr. Pugh since I was transferred here in 2005. My son won't go to anyone else NO MATTER WHAT. His staff and PAs are the BEST. Thank you for being so great.
The best Dr we have ever had. I could not get my husband to go the Dr until he met Mr Pugh, he no longer dreads it. We all trust him very much!
