My computer has lasted 8 years and I'm thinking about getting another! World-class customer support and simply amazing hardware. I wouldn't consider buying anywhere else.
My Puget system is 3 years old. Never have I had an issue that the company/tech support did not get behind me and help. Just a couple of days ago my 240 Gb SSD was nearly full and I called to see what could be done. I got a call back the next day and within 10 minutes they helped free up 30Gb of space. Always English speaking, always trying to help. If you want a PC, these are the folks to get it from. Cheap? No! Quality? Yes! Outstanding technical support.
