RecommendedI've had my computer for over 8 years. Even though I've upgraded it a few times from the original specs, hands down Puget Systems provides the best service, quality and durability period.
We sent a machine back for a hardware issue. I've never worked with a company so eager to make sure we're happy. Constant updates, attention to detail, and every response with a solution. The repair process is even better than the buying process. I really can't say enough good things about these guys.
Puget is an awesome company to work with. Top notch, above board on each and every correspondence with them. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a custom computer.
I've had my computer for over 8 years now and trust me...it's been through the ringer. Support is always there to help IF there is a problem and in 8 years there have been very few. Next computer will be a Puget for sure.
My custom desktop is now a little over 4 yrs old...still going strong. Fantastic customer/tech support!!!! I use it primarily for photography. The only place to buy a computer is from Puget!!!
