Wow. Customer Service! This is what it takes to bring jobs and customers back to America! My order hasn't even arrived and I love this company. The order process is great, every question is answered with clarity and thoughtfulness, progress updates with each technician identified, and then the bench marking of your actual machine! Damn You guys rock. Oh, and not to forget, change request made and the machine is pulled from the line and reconfigured immediately.
