company way overcharges for services- stay away.
Called PSP this past weekend to repair and replace a pair of leaky washing machine valves. They arrived on time and the work was completed satisfactorily, however we were charge $794 for an hour and a half of work. From the sounds of other reviews I guess we are not the only ones to be overcharged. Should have done more research before allowing them to do the work. Will not use them again!!
Horrible. I would put zero stars if it would let me. Had low pressure in our kitchen faucet. Guy came,out and wanted $249 to take apart the faucet and see what the problem was. What the idiot didn't do was take apart the hisesunder the sink. He told me I need a new faucet and the brand I had you couldn't open them up to look inside. I bought a new faucet and when the disconnected the broken one I found something in the end of the hose that was plugging it up. I put it back on and it works great. My wife decided she'd call Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating to repair a leaking toilet. She tried to get an estimate on cost but they said no. Unfortunately, she allowed them to come out and they proceeded to give us an estimate for >$600 to repair the flush mechanism. I called Beacon Plumbing who gave us a rough estimate of $200 for the same job. I sent the plumbers packing. However, we were out $108.41 just for them to show up. One should not call these guys for anything. They are expensive and refuse to do estimates.
