I called this company as well as 6 more for an estimate and the person that called me I believe MIA, was so disrespectful and dismissive that they were and IMMEDIATE no from me. Why would I spend my company's money on all of these upcoming projects with these people? Then, 2 days later another person called me to see if we had and appointment and he was rude too! I could not recommend this company. When I called and explained what I needed I informed them that I was getting ready to put Drano down while I waited. No one said to me No do not do that it will cost you extra like $215.65. To run a snake down my Kitchen pipe cost me $461.20 for a total of $745.21 for a clogged Kitchen sink. I was absolutely sticker shocked. I have filled a complaint with Better Business Bureau. DO NOT use them.
If I could give negative stars I would. My 85 year old father is having a dishwasher drainage problem so I dug out the reciept and warranty for the garbage disposal he replaced last summer. $2500 to simply replace the disposal. If I'd been here I would have sent them packing with their $1900 estimate but they preyed on an 85 year old senior citizen. SHAME ON YOU!!!
Stay away! I feel like I just invited a crook into my house. First off they charge a $99.00 discharge fee to show up. This is charged if you don't have any work done and also on top of any work you have done, as opposed to having a minimum you must pay that is applied to any work you have done. But the real doozy is that they write crazy inflated estimates that are absurd. And then you are stuck paying 3 times what you should, or paying $108 for nothing ($99 fee, plus tax.) I mean, hey! Who wants to replace a water heater? But after a competitor didn't show up for more than 2 hours after a scheduled appointment with us, and with no phone calls to us with explanations, we cancelled the whole shebang and called Puget Sound Plumbing. Loved my experience from start to finish. I'm in the construction industry myself so I've seen all types. These men are among the best and the office staff really has it together. I'll be using them from now on for all of my personal plumbing needs and they are my new go to company for all my big projects on the job. Should be exposed
Total scam! Not only were they 2.5 hours late without calling, but then they tried to tell me I would have to rip open my shower wall to install a simple trim kit and quoted me $1200, and charged me $100 for the 10 minutes they were there! I contacted another plumber who installed the trim kit in about 30 minutes, without opening the wall, for $200 total. We had a problem with a leaking sink faucet. Taylor Fehlen came out and looked at it and said that the leak was caused by our undermount sink coming loose from it's mounting. He did not bother to look under the sink to see if the mount was indeed failing. What he thought was glue holding the sink up was actually silicone caulk. He refused to ateempt to repair the faucet because he was concerned that the sink would fall on him as he attempted the repair. I had another plumber look to give me a second opinion.
