As I've told multiple people since my first visit here, this might be the best customer service/support I've experienced. Shawn went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Great prices and sense of community, highly recommended small business that has been operating for 27 years, and owned by a fire fighter.

Shawn is top notch when it comes to computers but is even better with customers. He treated us with kindness and respect and that was very important to me as a senior citizen. I don't have much knowledge of computers and he explained things in terms I could understand. His charges were both fair and reasonable and his direct honesty is a breath of fresh air! Thank you Shawn. I wish I could give you 10 stars instead of just 5.
