Shawn is top notch when it comes to computers but is even better with customers. He treated us with kindness and respect and that was very important to me as a senior citizen. I don't have much knowledge of computers and he explained things in terms I could understand. His charges were both fair and reasonable and his direct honesty is a breath of fresh air! Shawn is a rockstar!! He is always working so hard and makes time to help however he can. Not trying to overcharge and takes care of all his customers.
