Shawn is top notch when it comes to computers but is even better with customers. He treated us with kindness and respect and that was very important to me as a senior citizen. I don't have much knowledge of computers and he explained things in terms I could understand. His charges were both fair and reasonable and his direct honesty is a breath of fresh air! Thank you Shawn. I wish I could give you 10 stars instead of just 5.

I don't even have my sons laptop back yet, but I can already tell you whatever computer help I may require in the future I'll always go back to him. He was so personable and up front with possible outcomes, not to mention willing to work with you. When we got back in my car my son was like "I would love to be friends with that guy." I agreed. You definitely walk away feeling like you met someone that could only ever complement an environment. 20/10 recommend.
