Great Inn with awesome employees!!
AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. lovely rooms, too!
We had mechanical problems with our United flight 1806 and United put us up here for the night. We had to stay in the Annex which was clean, but no air, had to carry our baggage up the stairs, noisy street, hot inside, and just a bad place to be put in for all the problems we had. The people at the desk were friendly. That is all I have to say, Oh by the way, if you are going to stay here don't let them put you any place except in the newer rooms.

I chose The Puffin Inn as my stopover hotel before catching the shuttle to Seward for summer job because the owner had stopped in and made themselves known to our staff the previous year and I decided The Puffin Inn was it. The room was very well taken care of, the staff very friendly and helpful to all of my jet-leg questions. The spring off-season rate couldn’t be beat.
