I had the best experience here! I live quite a ways from this dealership, but I made my way over because I was told about how awesome their customer service was. My friend was so right!! The staff is very friendly and very willing to work with you regardless of your budget. They will work the numbers 5 different ways until they get the best deal possible for you. Most of my kudos goes to the sales manager, who is one of the nicest and most personable people Ive met in a long time. No complaints here about anything!
Totaled my beloved 2008 Pontiac G8GT in a snow storm 2014 :-( I started looking for AWD used cars. Found a used BMW 3 series x-Drive. Price was okay, mileage was okay, but the car needed work before I picked it up. They said they would not do ANY work until I signed for it. No negation on the price. I bought a used car 4 months ago from Puente Hills Hyundai. Recently we encountered a problem with the suspension in the car because unbeknownst to us the previous owner had lowered it which then voided the factory warranty. upon discovering this we approached the manager about this problem and I can happily say that Puente Hills Hyundai replaced the parts that had been modified and brought the car back to stock, provided me with a rental car and the service was awesome. I saw the dealership on line, perused the inventory, liked what I saw and made an appt to come that morning. Test drove the vehicle, made an offer and it was accepted. No hassle, no waiting for the salesman to talk to his manager and the price was lower than what other dealers were offering. Seems that there is an Internet price and a street price. This is the first time in my car buying experience that everything went so smoothly and was a pleasant experience. The only letdown is that I have to keep refilling the gas tank.
Everyone was so kind and helpful. I really appreciate the salesman for being so sensitive to the fact that I wanted to be sure about the vehicle before I made the drive up there and provided me with all the necessary information!!!
