Growing up in a Mexican household. It's hard to find great authentic Mexican food in Austin. But Pueblo Vejo, by far one of the best in Austin.

Hands down, Pueblo Viejo is the absolute best authentic "street food" in Austin proper and ATX vicinity. They use El Milagro handmade tortillas Which is right across the street. Breakfast tacos and regular menu are all perfected. The Pueblo Viejo steak tacos on corn are addicting. It's jammed full of ingredients, and you simply won't believe what you get for the low price. During a recent trip to Austin, some friends and I stopped here twice. Best breakfast tacos ever!! � Staff was very nice and the prices reasonable. If you're in the area definitely check this place out.
