I just experience possibly the worst customer service of my life. I waited 30 minutes IN THE DRIVE THRU for food and no one bothered to say anything to me even after I beeped my horn and knocked on the window. While the staff stood 3ft away and looked at me through the window. And when I asked for the manager I was told that he was not there only to have then manage walk up 2 minutes later to hand me the sour cream that was originally not given to me.
