Chris was a pleasure to coordinate with on the estimate and replacement of valves for my place. Joe did a great job installing the work as agreed upon and was efficient and clean. I recommend!
This company was recommended to us and we were getting ready to call them this weekend. That was until I found myself coincidentally behind one of their trucks on Haggerty Rd today which had a glaring Trump sign in the back window. I don't think much of a company advertising their backwards politics or even normal politics for that matter on their business trucks so we will take our business elsewhere.
We have used Puckett Heating & Cooling three different times, and going on a fourth. I met the owner at a gas station and asked for his card because we needed a furnace inspection for a house we were listing, not knowing they also serviced gas lines, which was another service we had needed. After digging on their website we saw they did do gas services and scheduled an appointment for the furnace inspection as well as gas line corrections on our house we listed. People out there that this is a very important word for me and for all of you Reading this review. Having confidence in your plumbing professionals is very important.
