Their Plumber Joe was here I asked for a quote and diagnosis of my sewer issues. He never explained anything never gave me a choice of what action to take. He just started carrying the equipment to the basement and started doing something. I told him I only wanted a quote so I can get assistance to pay for the work to be done. He was insistent it was an emergency. I see some lower star reviews on here, but it is hard for me to understand with the level of prompt service and pricing I just received. If your air conditioning stops working for any reason, call this place. You'll be glad you did. I had a most excellent experience with this company. Their technician was personable and quick to identify the problem. He had the parts on hand and our air conditioning was restored within 30 minutes of his arrival. Been going to Puckett Co. for years, LOVE their service! Amazing company! Especially love the owner. He is very knowledgeable and one of the toughest and hard working men I've ever seen. Thank you for everything!!
Did furnace,central,remodel bath. Had to repair shingles and chimney after liner was installed. Put controller in basement. Tile in bath crooked and not flat. Holes in grout. Moulding fell off. Hand towel racks crooked. Install handicap rail 3 times. Told me 3 weeks for job. Took 10 weeks. Employees constantly fighting with each other. Did not pull any permits even though I paid for them. Stay as far away from these clowns as you can.
