I am so grateful that we finally have a Publix in Sevier County....whoooooohooooo
Went shopping here the other day, customer service was amazing. They helped me look for certain items which made everything so much easier. Compared to the other grocery stores I've been to, Walmart,Kroger, etc, this by far was the most pleasant experience. The courtesy clerk took my groceries out of my cart and put them on the loading belt and then took them out to my car. Customer service is important to me and these guys really went out of their way. No less than 20 employees greeted me and asked if I was finding everything I want. The store is super clean, the selection is great, the produce is fresh and appealing. I didn't have to bag my own groceries (as opposed to 4 out of 5 times shopping at Kroger) and my groceries were carried out and loaded in the car. Thank you, Publix.
great store, customer service was great they even carry your grocery's to the car for you ,so glad you are here Publix.
From the instant i walked in the the moment i left every one was just so nice and helpful. It was my first time in and a couple of store employees stopped and asked if i was finding everything ok and some just stopped and said hey and talked to my 3 year old son. Didn't get to try the deli food but it looked great and i might make a trip back just to do that.
Happy to have the specialty items, butcher, and lovely deli close by.
