Went there to get a few things, I have been to the one in knoxville, but let me tell you this place has the best customer service I have ever had. The store in knoxville carries papa Charlies roast beef (which my family loves) the Pigeon forge one does not. The meat manager told me that if he can't get it to the Pigeon Forge store. He would personally pick it up for me in knoxville. That is what I call going the extra mile. Thank you Publix for doing what you do. Love the store and glad you are finally in Pigeon Forge.
