Sadly,  I had a bad experience at the pharmacy.  Melissa is very nice .  But she needs a staff that can help her.  I was asking questions about the insulin my doctor ordered.  I needed help .  I got no help and after an hour I left.  Good news is the deli had great chicken.  I never did get the insulin which I really needed since my glucose was 505.  So I decided to go to Walmart

Approximately at 1:30P.M. On December 12,2024 I was purchasing lunch for my boss, and co worker I did a separate transactions obviously and bagging and separating everything making sure I’m organizing everything correctly, I went to self check out, whoever was there I felt like I was being watched heavily, the worker even blocked my way out I saw as if I was trying to steal something, which I was not, I worked retail security for many years and law enforcement so I felt insulted especially for hot food I just ordered. I have been a diabetic for 38 years. I have never been m9re disappointed and treated with such disregard by a pharmacy. I have 3 insulin prescriptions and insulin syringe prescriptions. I was told by pharmacist Victoria that she wouldn't fill my insulin prescription because I wasn't buying any insulin. I was told she had to prove I was using insulin syringes to inject insulin. We stopped in after lunch. What a pleasant surprise. All the isles were very well stocked. The staff members were very friendly, helpful and professional. The restrooms were very clean and comfortable with 3 stalls 2 sinks and 2 urinals. The whole store was very clean and pleasant to shop in. They lack the ability to cut cold cuts. A simple task for most, but not Publix.

My wife and I were waiting in this Publix parking lot to meet up with our granddaughter who was coming up from UCF. We were returning her car to her after having it repaired. While waiting, Brooke, who works for Publix and was gathering up the shopping carts inquired to see if my wife and I needed assistance. Of course, we didn’t need any assistance , but the fact she asked was very courageous on her part. We felt Publix should know how thoughtful she was.

Katie the store manager because she clearly doesn’t have a brain threatening to call the police on me because I wanted to return an item which was 10.00 suggested that I stole it.  Definitely a lawsuit against Publix.

I will never use insta cart again , I ordered 4 things and Saul was my shopper. He sends me a message that said no cold chicken was availabe at this time so I said skip it, my husband goes in to pick it up and they had cold chicken and he told them thats then want me to pay for it, and said so im paying because your service made a mistake? if saul did his job and made sure that they really had none or not, then the lady who was helping me got pissy because I pointed out her mistake with the whole deal and said i shouldn't ... read more

3 bad experiences in bakery with cakes. I have ordered groceries online and went to pick up and the designated parking places are being parked in by customers who do not have pick ups. Employee told me they are not allowed to say anything because they don't want to lose the customer. What about your pick up customer?
