Possibly the best customer service in ALL of Pigeon Forge. On our last visit to Pigeon Forge we were becoming quite discouraged because it seemed like everywhere we went everyone was really rude, thankfully this publix was finally open! I knew I could count on publix for kindness, and they didn't let me down! They were so friendly and kind and perked us up. I'm really thankful for Publix. Thank you! Keep up the good work!!

I saw some great deals in meat department and I would have purchased them, if I had brought a cooler. The last time I was in there, I broke down and bought a Styrofoam cooler in the store to make my purchases.
Have missed shopping at Publix soooo much since moving here from Lakeland, Fl. Then I found the Publix in Pigeon Forge and made the 45 minute drive with cooler in tow. It was like winning the lottery!! Great produce again, quality meats, and of course Boars Head Products, great atmosphere, clean and friendly. From 1967 when my family moved to Bradenton FL thru my adult life in Lakeland FL until 2015 Publix has been our store. Hopefully some day they will build closer to us. THANK YOU PUBLIX FOR BEING IN TENNESSEE!!!!!!!
