I have a question is the ice free for customers in Publix because I was taking two cups of ice for my wife has cancer and a manager who I won't name it as time stop me and said it was not free I've never been told that out of many public I've been to can anybody answered it this happened at public and Southwest 200th and 127th Avenue thank you
This particular Publix I have brought home four separate items over a period of a few months where the milk or food is spoiled. The first deli item had me up and violently ill and I will never buy that item again from that Publix. I kept hoping it was a remote issue but after four items I’m calling it. There are other Publix stores where I don't get spoiled publix items or turned milk.
I went in to pick up a few things for dinner. When I got to the register I realized that the salad mix was not ringing up buy one get one free. I asked the clerk about it and a member of management. (Light purple shirt) Looked at the flyer and state that it was the wrong one. She came back to the register to tell me that I was wrong and walked away. I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by pharmacist Brian at the Aventura location. My son recently visited to collect his medication, and instead of receiving the professional care one would expect, he was subjected to humiliation and disrespect. Brian, in an unprofessional and loud manner, remarked on the similarity of medication among family members. Not only did this embarrass my son, but it also breached his privacy rights. Izzy the Manager is focused on giving an attitude. Tony the manager loves to sexually harass the customers. Walmart has better staff.
Do not trust this pharmacy with your hand written prescriptions from your doctor for controlled substances. I just went to order a refill for my son's ADHD medication. I previously turned over to them 3 months of refills from the pediatrician and have only filled two. Today they tell me they don't have the 3rd refill on file and look at me with blank stares as if they didn't royally mess up. They did not appear troubled in the least. Fly in cookie donut case. Saw a fly in there. Told girl I didn't want cookie now. She got it out. However. She left all the bakery stuff still in there 2 sell 2 someone else. Complained 2 cashier checking out. Nobody did anything 2 throw away products
Get Rid of chris the pharmacist or please transfer! This is the *intent to sue* over eight months, the 3 encounters were less than humane!! He called me crazy? Maybe sensitively training or customer service training ? People DO NOT speak to me this way! I go another day with 103* fever, if I make it?
