I love publix! After moving up north, I make it my mission to stop in at a publix (reminds me of my childhood) and there is no other grocery like it trust me! Kroger, Jewel-Osco, and Trader Joe's can't compare to customer service, quality, cleanliness, and value. This publix at southwood has quickly risen to my favorite one thus far. Mrs. Noddie(Manager) and Mrs. Kim decorator exceeded customer service for my granddaughters 'Sweet sixteen birthday' cake. I was a wreak an Mrs. Noddie calmed me. Today I went to Publix feeling a little overwhelmed, I was looking for Gluten free foods for my daughter. This is a whole new experience for us, but as advised by her dr, I set out to find some foods that I thought she could enjoy that would not contain gluten. One of your employees overheard me on the phone with my Mom explaining how stressful it was and that I had to go so I could look for "it".
